You can request deletion of your Studaily account and associated data at any time. This page describes how to do it and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open the Studaily app.
- Tap Profile and then Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is erased immediately and you're signed out of the app.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to jhonatan@studailyapp.com from the same email registered on your Studaily account, with the subject "Account deletion request".
We verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 business days. You receive a confirmation email.
What is deleted
- Profile, avatar photo, display name, and username.
- Study sessions, notes, topics, goals, streaks, and statistics.
- Likes (kudos), reports sent and received.
- Social relationships (followers, following, requests).
- Group memberships and shared articles.
- The device's push notification token.
- Preferences, settings, and onboarding data.
What we keep for legal or contractual reasons
- Financial records of subscriptions (via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat) — kept for the period required by applicable tax law (up to 5 years).
- Security and audit logs in anonymized form — kept for up to 90 days to investigate fraud and abuse.
- When you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Brazil, we apply the minimum periods set out in the GDPR, UK-GDPR, and LGPD, respectively, anonymizing data after the legal period.
