1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Studaily, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Service description
Studaily is a study-tracking app with light social-network elements, including a focus timer, focus mode with app blocking, goals, groups, and a feed.
3. Minimum age
Use of Studaily is permitted from age 13.
4. User account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all content posted from your account.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (sessions, notes, articles, profile) and grant Studaily a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to bypass security mechanisms.
- Automated use, scraping, or unauthorized access to the APIs.
7. Pro subscriptions
Studaily Pro subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, with automatic renewal. Cancellation must be done directly in the corresponding store account. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy — Studaily does not issue direct refunds.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
Studaily is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's domicile are designated to resolve any disputes.
